Data from events and alarms generated by Elipse E3 can be collected and analyzed by Elipse Alarm Manager (EAM), which offers analysis tools and corrective actions insights, in order to lower risks and increase process stability.
Elipse E3 can also be integrated to Elipse Plant Manager (EPM), our historian system and real-time data manager. With EPM, you can store efficiently and in context the data collected not only by E3, but also by other systems as well, in the format of events and temporal series, thus creating a central repository of operational data. This platform offers several tools for different profiles of users and applications, from visual exploration and data search to analytic tools such as mass balance, machine learning, and energetic efficiency, in addition to customized reports and a dashboard portal.
To complement this solution, you can use Elipse Mobile with any smartphone or tablet (iOS, Android, Windows) to view real-time variables or indicators, issue orders or commands (according to the permission settings), and also to collect data, which is especially useful in cases where there are non-digitalized instruments on the plant or when inspection routines are required. Data can be collected either on- or off-line, and the results can be integrated to EPM or other data bases, and service order requests can be fired to maintenance systems.
In order to gather all relevant information for the plant’s daily management, and to administer all occurrences in each shift of the operation, the Operalis Portal allows setting up tasks and activities into customizable streams in BPM (Business Process Management) format. Data from different sources, such as from Elipse E3, EPM, Mobile and other data bases can also be adjusted and consolidated in management reports, thus creating a logbook for the plant to help making operational decisions and maintaining several processes.
