Elipse Software, the global software developer of platforms for remote product management, has launched the Home Systems HSNET driver. The driver establishes direct communication between Elipse E3, Elipse’s SCADA solution, and the Smarthub by Home Systems, a company specialized in smart solutions for building and home automation.
The new driver allows Elipse E3 to read the data stored in the Smarthub directly, requiring no intermediary devices, which in turn generates financial gains to the user. The hub manages all the automation devices and variables created by ScapeWorks, Home Systems’s software for configuring the HSNET system.
The Home Systems HSNET is one of the more than 450 drivers in Elipse’s portfolio, all of them developed to increase the quality of communication between its software platforms and many different automation devices and systems. We should point out that this new driver is just one of the ones released by the company in 2019 (among which are Kentec Fire, KNX, MQTT, Soundweb London, and Sigfox). Another highlight is the IEC 61850 driver, its oldest driver and a staple in the energy market, which was awarded DNV-GL’s A ED2 certification in February 2019, the first ever granted to a driver in Latin America.
This driver, as well as all the other ones in the portfolio, is available for download at Elipse’s website.
