New version features more flexibility for configuring themes and navigation <\/strong><\/p>\n

The HighPerformance (HP) methodology was developed to provide SCADA systems with operationally safer interfaces. With it, any anomalies are quickly spotted and corrected, and therefore the application\u2019s usability automatically improves. This approach enhances the operator\u2019s situational awareness by employing optimized elements of the interface, like colors and shapes.<\/p>\n

In this context, Elipse Software<\/a>, the global software developer of process management solutions, has released HighPerformance Template 2.5. The new version improves the integration for user-created objects, such as the new hpAccordion and hpTabsBar object menus, which were created so that the users can employ their own interface elements.<\/p>\n

Another new feature in this version is hpCard object, which allows presenting screens in dashboard format. With it, users can arrange the elements in a simpler, more elegant and structured way.<\/p>\n

HighPerformance Template 2.5 introduces 14 new themes to the library, whose layouts are available in both light and dark modes, totaling 28 possible different views. Altogether, there are 43 native color palettes, and new colors can be added as needed.<\/p>\n

A highlight of this version is the Theme Factory, an interface where users can customize pre-existing themes or configure a new one. Additionally, it\u2019s now possible to edit not only the colors in the theme, but also the objects behavior, such as displaying the authenticated user\u2019s avatar or not.<\/p>\n

From version 2.5 on, navigation has been based in XML, which makes developing new resources for a function a more powerful, flexible experience. For instance, previous versions could only support nine monitors in a matrix layout; now, it\u2019s possible to use up to 99 at a time.<\/p>\n

When configuring dashboards, browsing Back\/Next is no longer reset. The greatest advantage in this function is allowing users to configure the navigation structure via a tree-shaped display in Studio or via wizard at run time.<\/p>\n

Last, but not least, we should highlight the closer integration between Interlocks and Faceplate screens and the PlantModel library.
