{"id":32512,"date":"2018-03-09T10:56:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T13:56:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elipse.com.br\/?p=32512"},"modified":"2020-04-01T15:02:29","modified_gmt":"2020-04-01T18:02:29","slug":"elipse-apresenta-nova-tecnologia-a-taiwan-power-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elipse.com.br\/en\/eventos\/elipse-apresenta-nova-tecnologia-a-taiwan-power-company\/","title":{"rendered":"Elipse presents new technology to the Taiwan Power Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 6th, 2018, the <a href=\"http:\/\/info.taipower.com.tw\/indexE.htm\">Taiwan Power Company<\/a> was introduced to a new smart grid platform, a co-developed pilot project by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elipse.com.br\/en\/empresa\/\">Elipse Software<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.workssys.com\/\">Works Systems<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.advanio.com.tw\/\">ADVANIO<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www-e.ntust.edu.tw\/home.php\">National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST)<\/a>. Taiwan Power Company Research Institute (TPRI) also contributed to this project by providing consulting and guidance. This gateway converts IEC 61850 -7-420 into IEC 61850-8-2 XMPP, which is the standard for DERs.<\/p>\n<p>The new solution was developed with PaaS, a Works Systems platform for device management and data analytics, using a TR-069 agent, a protocol for telecommunication applications.
