Focused in strengthening its business worldwide, Elipse Software was a guest at Global Electric Power Tech 2016, held from May 11th to 13h 2016 in Seoul, South Korea, at the invitation from its Korean partner, Arcteq Korea. One of the main events in the Korean electricity market, the event showcased products from several areas of power and energy, and gathered over 30 thousand attendants between construction, supervision, and maintenance professionals.
During the three-day event, Evan Liu, Elipse Software Taiwan’s manager, presented an Elipse Power application for substation control and automation. In the application, IEDs from different companies, such as ABB, Schneider, and Arcteq itself, were integrated by the software. According to Mr. Liu, the idea was to illustrate how flexible the Elipse’s solution is, as it can be used with several different projects from distinct manufacturers.
“Fortunately, the response from all attendants to our software’s performance was great,” said Mr. Liu. “I’m very grateful to Arcteq for their invitation and their partnership, which has helped bolster Elipse’s presence as the fastest growing company in our market in Korea,” he added.
